IPWireless Announces New Chairman and Leadership

San Bruno, CA, February 5, 2006 - IPWireless announced today that Dixon Doll, the cofounder and managing general partner of Doll Capital Management, and Clinton Walker, a General Partner from Clarity Partners have joined the IPWireless board. Doll has been elected as the chairman of the board. The company also announced that Chris Gilbert has resigned as CEO of the company. The company's founder and current Chief Operating Officer, Dr. William Jones and Chief Financial Officer Jon Beizer will lead the company while a search is conducted for a new CEO.

Prior to Clarity Partners, Clinton Walker was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Global Crossing focusing on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.
