San Bruno, CA, February 5, 2006 - IPWireless announced today that Dixon Doll, the cofounder and managing general partner of Doll Capital Management, and Clinton Walker, a General Partner from Clarity Partners have joined the IPWireless board. "We would like to thank Chris for his significant contributions to the company over the last four years," said Doll. "Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a leader in next generation mobile broadband and multimedia. I am very encouraged about the prospects for the company and am pleased to join the Board of the company in a leadership capacity."

"My passion is to lead companies as they grow to disrupt the status quo in the mainstream industry," said Gilbert. "Now that IPWireless has grown from its disruptive phase to the mainstream, a level where we are working with both tier one operators and vendors, I felt that the time was right to hand the reigns over to a new leader with the passion and right experience for this next phase."

Since the early 1980s, Dixon has been a telecom and Internet venture capital pioneer.
